Buses leave from Terminal 2 and 3 every hour from 8:10 am to 23:00 pm and stops on Cancun and Playa del Carmen bus terminal.
From the airport terminal to the center of Cancun is around 30 minutes and to Playa del Carmen requires 65 minutes.
You can make an online reservation to book a seat on the bus that will take you to the corresponding terminal, in case that you don’t booked a reservation you can buy a ticket directly at ADO’s counters that are available in Terminals 2 and 3.
